DESIGN CONCEPT
Based on our fieldwork, we realized a design strategy that capitalizes on both Activity-Based Workplace (ABW) and Neighborhood Choice of Environment (NCE) to maintain the internal organizational culture. The big teams will be able to maintain a sense of belonging by having their dedicated neighborhoods. The ABW will give employees a variety of work settings to choose from. All the staff can share the different spaces and interact spontaneously in the work lounge and socialization space.
